Milk hoses

High-performance silicone milk hoses for the food sector. Our range includes talc-free hoses with a patented surface for improved handling as well as reinforced pressure hoses that withstand higher pressures – for example for use with milking robots.

Product details

For food-contact applications, our milk hoses meet the requirements of BfR Recommendation XV (Silicones), FDA 21 CFR § 177.2600, Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006. They remain flexible even at low temperatures and contain no plasticisers.

RAULAB FG

Untalced silicone tubes with a patented Slidetec surface that improves feel and handling, making them well suited for the food sector. The tubes require no talc. They can be used in a temperature range from –60 °C to +180 °C, and packaging is carried out according to customer requirements.

RAUSILAM FG

Reinforced silicone pressure tubes for applications in the food sector. They withstand higher pressures than the RAULAB tubes and are therefore suitable, for example, for use in milking robots. The reinforcement consists of polyester filament, alternatively of aramid filament, so that the pressure resistance can be individually adjusted. The temperature range is from –60 °C to +130 °C (alternatively up to +180 °C), and packaging is carried out according to customer requirements.
