Diverse profile shapes for individual oven requirements

Depending on the housing geometry and door system, a wide variety of profile shapes are available – from classic hollow chamber and lip seals to complex multi-component geometries and special profiles. Through precise coordination of cross-sections, contact forces, recovery behavior and sealing performance can be defined exactly.

The profile geometries are developed to adapt perfectly to each specific installation situation while simultaneously enabling simple, secure mounting. Custom cross-sections with integrated sealing lips or functional zones reliably close even narrow gaps, direct condensate in a targeted manner, compensate for thermal expansion and ensure a defined sealing line.

At the same time, the wide variety of shapes offers great design freedom: the profiles can be integrated visually unobtrusively into the appliance concept, support clean lines or disappear entirely within groove and frame systems. In this way, aspects such as door closing comfort, acoustic behavior and haptic feedback can be specifically influenced alongside functional requirements.
