In the beverage industry, the highest purity, reliable materials, and taste-neutral components are crucial. We supply high-quality PFAS-free silicone hoses and seals for applications involving drinking water, coffee machines, hot and cold beverage systems, as well as the safe transport of liquids. Our solutions comply with all relevant international food regulations and provide maximum safety in the processing of sensitive liquids.
Whether drinking water dispensers, household coffee machines or professional espresso and beverage vending systems in the catering sector – our odour- and flavour-neutral silicone compounds perform reliably in every environment.
Optionally, we also offer antimicrobial silicone formulations for enhanced hygiene and protection. Through continuous product optimisation, we ensure that our components deliver consistently reliable results across all beverage systems.
The high-performance alternative to conventional piping systems: combining robustness with maximum flexibility, making it ideal for compact, pressure-loaded applications in modern beverage, food and fluid technology.
Robust, reinforced silicone hoses for safe fluid and beverage processes – the economical choice for thinner wall thicknesses and low-pressure requirements.
Flexible, versatile silicone hoses for pressure-free processes in beverage and fluid technology – cost-effective, readily available and suitable as a reliable standard solution for a wide range of applications.
Do you require an individual hose solution or wish to further develop an existing product? Contact us – we will be happy to advise you and jointly evaluate the optimal implementation.
The beverage industry places particularly demanding requirements on materials and components. In addition to absolute hygiene, technical factors play a central role.
High-pressure applications, limited installation space, as well as complex assembly and system configurations require reliable, flexible and durable products.
By using flexible hose lines instead of rigid pipe systems, compact, space-saving designs can be realised, enabling simple installation and optimal adaptation to confined or complex installation spaces.
For beverage dispensers, coffee machines and drinking water systems, high-quality, resistant and long-lasting silicone components are therefore essential – delivering consistently high performance even under continuous intensive use.
Our silicone materials for food and beverage systems comply with fundamental food safety requirements. These include, in particular, European regulations pursuant to (EC) No. 1935/2004, German BfR standards, US FDA standards, as well as the Chinese food contact standard GB.
These standards form the basis for the safe use of our hoses and seals in applications involving drinking water, hot and cold beverages, and commercial coffee machines.
Depending on the field of application or export country, we can consider further international requirements. Upon request, we review additional country-specific food regulations and provide customised solutions that comply with the respective legal frameworks.

Our silicone materials combine high continuous temperature resistance¹, excellent low-temperature flexibility² and consistent elasticity across a wide temperature range – properties that are particularly crucial in the beverage industry.
They are odour- and flavour-neutral, free from plasticisers and exhibit no plasticiser migration.
Thanks to their food-safe, PFAS-free and physiologically harmless material base, they are ideally suited for contact with sensitive beverages, including drinking water, soft drinks as well as hot and cold beverages.
Due to their pressure stability and temperature resistance, they support reliable processes in filling systems, dispensers and cooling or hot beverage systems – even under intensive thermal stress.
1 For dry heat up to +200°C, special formulations up to approx. +300°C, short-term up to approx. +315°C; down to approx. –60°C; speciality types down to approx. –90°C; pressure range approx. 2 to 3 bar.
2 Down to approx. –60°C, special types down to approx. –90°C.
Sustainability aspects are continuously integrated into the further development of our product portfolio. That is why we already offer hoses today that are suitable as a replacement for PFAS-containing products.
Together with our customers, we assess the technical requirements of the respective application and support them in evaluating suitable product options.
In addition, we are continuously developing our portfolio further and are also working on additional PFAS-free solutions for various fields of application.
Are you looking for an alternative for an existing application?
We are happy to advise you and support you in selecting a suitable solution.
