Silicone hoses must reliably meet a wide range of technical requirements. Silnova offers a broad portfolio of hose solutions for this purpose. The materials used are specifically matched to the respective application. In addition, our hoses are also designed for demanding high-pressure applications and deliver reliable performance even under high mechanical loads.

RAULAB/RAUSIL

RAULAB and RAUSIL silicone hoses offer proven solutions for versatile industrial applications. They impress with high flexibility, good aging resistance and reliable performance across a wide temperature range. Depending on the requirements, the surface can be produced with or without talc. With the innovative RAULAB FG SLIDETEC, handling becomes even more user-friendly. Thanks to the special, patented hose surface without talc, we can offer significantly lower adhesion tendency than comparable products.

Through targeted post-treatment such as tempering, volatile components are minimized. As a result, the hoses are physiologically safe and are also suitable for safe use in products intended for the toy sector.

Depending on the area of application, RAULAB and RAUSIL hoses can be individually developed to meet specific requirements, for example higher purity levels or certain regulatory specifications. The focus is always on providing reliable and long-lasting solutions for industrial use.

RAUSILAM

RAUSILAM stands for robust, reinforced silicone hoses developed specifically for higher mechanical loads and pressure requirements. The integrated reinforcement provides additional stability and dimensional stability, while a smooth outer layer made of silicone makes the hoses easy to clean and resistant to external influences, even under demanding operating conditions.

As with RAULAB and RAUSIL, the material selection and post-treatment can be individually customized. If required, particularly thin-walled designs are also achievable. The application is consistently aligned with the functional requirements of industrial processes.

Hybrid Hose

The hybrid hose has already successfully demonstrated its performance in the beverage industry. At the same time, this hose concept also offers interesting possibilities for a wide range of industrial applications. By combining selected functional properties, the hybrid hose is particularly suited for demanding operating conditions where standard solutions reach their limits. An exceptionally high pressure resistance, tight bend radius as well as a pronounced cut resistance – supported by the external fabric layer – make it a reliable solution even under increased mechanical stress.
