Profiles / round cords

Our silicone profiles and round cords are proven solutions for a wide range of industrial applications. They stand out due to their high elasticity, excellent aging resistance, and reliable performance across a broad temperature range. Typical fields of application include applications in autoclaves and sterilizers, laboratory cabinets, as well as general technical systems. The profiles can be supplied by the meter or as customized parts and can be precisely adapted to the respective installation situation. Through targeted material selection and suitable post-treatments, profiles can also be designed for applications with increased requirements for purity and physiological safety.

Ready-to-install sealing frames

In addition to profiles as cut-to-length material, we also offer our customers ready-to-install sealing rings and frames. They ensure reliable sealing, an optimal closing function and consistently high energy efficiency. The fabrication of the silicone profiles is adapted to each individual installation situation and can be carried out, for example, by bonding, film vulcanization or corner vulcanization. Our corner vulcanization provides a precise and robust solution for sealing frames. Instead of conventional radii, cleanly formed corners are produced, which allow for better adhesion, greater stability and easier installation – especially with larger profiles and demanding installation situations.

Seals for the RTM process (Resin Transfer Molding)

For special technical requirements, we offer solutions specifically designed for use in RTM processes. They are used in particular where complex geometries, increased mechanical requirements, or defined dimensional tolerances are necessary – for example in industrial high-temperature or process applications. Material composition and design are individually adapted to the respective application as well as to the requirements of the RTM process.
